Our Westville is a replica of a home sold by mail order catalogue at the turn of the century; we spotted this one in the little hamlet of Westville, New York. Designed in the style of "Carpenter Gothic," the house features long pointed gables with elaborate decorative trim around the porch, balconies, and roof. There are four large rooms and a spacious attic, as well as two bay windows and two balconies. We`ve included shingles and clapboard siding to fully capture the look of that "little house by the side of the road" for your trip down memory lane. NOTE: Assembly required. No paint or decorative accessories included. Kit includes precut wood only and plastic silk screen windows.
