Measure first the overall width of your glasses across the front from one side all the way to the other side including the endpieces (sticking out from the ends of the eye pieces). Then measure the height of one lens, including the thickness of the frame, from the bottom to the top.Select the smaller frame if the height and width of your glasses are no greater than 37mm and 128mm (1 7/16 x 5 1/16).Select the larger frame if the height and width of your glasses are no greater than 40mm and 133 mm (1 9/16 x 5 1/4).The Epilepsy Foundation recommends that people with photosensitive epilepsy should wear fit over sunaglasses with blue polarized lenses.
