With MailSorter 1.0 you will never again have to plow through loads of e-mails in your Inbox. MailSorter 1.0 for Windows CE MailSorter 1.0 is a "plug-in" for Windows CE Inbox. Once started, the MailSorter analyzes e-mails in your Inbox and places them in various folders according to the sorting rules. By default, the MailSorter 1.0 starts automatically when you start Windows CE. You can disable automatic startup using the "Options" dialog and sort e-mails at your convenience. To start sorting, you have to specify sorting rules. Each rule has two parts: condition and action . Conditions are expressions like "if that letter came from boss@mywork.com". Actions are expressions like "then move it to folder Important". All e-mails in the Inbox are checked against the rules, and as soon as one of the conditions is found to be true, the MailSorter performs appropriate action. If an e-mail fits none of the specified conditions, it stays in the Inbox. Sorting rules are specified using Edit Rules dialogue and are based on the following scheme: if an e-mail header {From | To | Subject | any header} contains , then move it to .
